Role Overview
As a Training Coordinator at WAA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of AI training and enablement programmes. You will manage all logistical elements, including scheduling workshops, booking venues, coordinating trainer and client availability, and ensuring that all sessions are set up for success. Your focus will be on operational excellence, client service, and seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule training sessions and workshops in collaboration with clients and WAA trainers.
Book venues, organise travel arrangements, and manage all event logistics.
Confirm that venues meet technical and operational requirements, including internet connectivity, parking, and accessibility.
Maintain training calendars, coordinate trainer assignments, and update programme tracking systems.
Act as the main point of contact for trainers and client administrators regarding training logistics.
Prepare and distribute workshop materials, attendee lists, and post-session follow-ups.
Troubleshoot logistical challenges quickly to ensure smooth delivery.
Support general enablement operations and continuous process improvements.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience coordinating corporate training programmes, workshops, or professional development events.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple schedules and logistics simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across internal teams and client stakeholders.
Comfortable liaising with external venue providers, travel agents, and event suppliers.
Proficient with scheduling tools, calendars, CRM systems, and basic project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
Ability to problem-solve independently and respond quickly to changing circumstances.
Familiarity with supporting training sessions across different regions and time zones is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting training delivery for technical or AI-related workshops.
Familiarity with event planning, operations management, or executive support.
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
