We believe in agency – that AI should empower people, not replace them.
Our mission is to help organisations become truly AI-enabled – by guiding their teams through every stage of the AI journey.
From foundational literacy to live workflows and adoption at scale, we build capability that lasts – through education, discovery, and hands-on enablement.
We operate globally, delivering training and consultancy virtually and in-person across Europe and the GCC.
Our Story
Sam and Raph founded We Are Agentic to solve the biggest challenge in AI adoption – technology alone doesn’t drive success, people do.
Raph began his career over 20 years ago building financial M&A models for Goldman Sachs and derivatives machine learning models for J.P. Morgan. He later built a global team of technology analysts and designed adoption and training programmes for some of the world’s largest multinationals.
Sam has worked in sales for over 20 years – the last eight in enterprise AI – where he saw clients invest in powerful tools but lack the skills, confidence, and structure to use them.
Together, they created We Are Agentic to bridge that gap – guiding organisations through every stage of the AI maturity journey, from first steps to scalable adoption.
