About We Are Agentic (WAA)
We Are Agentic (WAA) is an AI Maturity Enablement Agency.
We help organisations move beyond experimentation and embed AI into real-world business workflows.
Through structured enablement programmes – from AI literacy to workflow orchestration and scaled adoption – we guide companies through their full AI maturity journey.
Our clients range from ambitious SMBs to large enterprises across the UK, Europe, and the GCC, and we specialise in embedding AI platforms into business operations – not just teaching how to use them, but designing the workflows that drive measurable value.
Role Overview
As an AI Trainer at WAA, you will deliver dynamic, engaging, and practical enablement workshops that equip organisations with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks to successfully integrate AI into their workflows.
You will work closely with client teams across different industries, translating technical AI concepts into accessible, actionable training experiences.
This is a client-facing, high-impact role that combines technical depth with workshop facilitation expertise, and involves regular travel to deliver multi-day sessions across the UK, Europe, and GCC countries.

Facilitate AI literacy training, use case discovery workshops, and workflow design sessions.

Customise training materials to fit client industries, challenges, and maturity levels.
Conduct pre-workshop needs assessments and post-workshop debriefs with client teams.
Maintain deep knowledge of evolving AI tools, platforms, and enablement best practices.
Contribute to the continuous development of WAA’s training programmes and frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them move from early experimentation to structured AI adoption.
