Sam: Most of the training we see starts with the tool. The teams that keep using it start with one workflow and a number they already trust.
Edward: We ran a programme for about four hundred people. The ones who were still using it in week six were the ones whose manager had changed what they asked for in the weekly review. Everyone else had a certificate and the old process.
