You'd rather build something useful than watch another demo.

Probably not for you if you want to learn to code or train AI models. No coding is involved.

How the Day Runs

Six steps, from rethinking your role to a solution you built yourself.

1 Rethink your role Where AI has got to, where work is heading, and the shift from doing the work to orchestrating it.
2 Deconstruct your working day Break your role into workflows and tasks, and decide what to keep, what to share with AI and what to delegate.
3 Find the right opportunity Work with our AI interviewer to identify and prioritise where AI can genuinely add value in your job.
4 Design the solution Choose between a chat, a skill, an agent, an orchestrated process or a combination, then generate the building blocks for your platform.
5 Build and test Assemble your solution on the platform of your choice and test it against real inputs from your work until the output is right.
6 Present and plan the next one Show what you built, explain what you delegated and what you kept, and leave with a method for building the next one.

FAQs

Do I need any experience with AI?

No. You can come as a complete beginner. You go from zero to a working agent in a single day.

Do I need a paid AI account?

Yes. Please bring a laptop and a paid AI account. We’ll cover the details in the questionnaire after you book.

Can I choose what I build?

Yes. The questionnaire you fill in before the day helps you pick a task worth building an agent for, so you leave with something you’ll actually use.

What happens after the workshop?

You keep using the agent you built. The last part of the day shows you how to build the next one in minutes, not a day.

Is this a new course?

No. It’s our core training day, which we’ve run for teams across law, PR, recruitment and private equity. This version is for people coming on their own.

Is it online?

No. It’s in person at Fora Bloomsbury, London, so you can build with a trainer beside you.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

Yes, in full, if you cancel by Friday 4 December. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. A VAT receipt is emailed to you when you book.
